I'm currently in the process of developing a website with similar capabilities of [login to view URL] and http://dananddave.com. I am working with a designer that will provide all of the graphics and front-end development, however we are looking to take on a PHP/MySql developer to have the On Demand video functionality built into the the website. Ideally we would like to use the WordPress CMS for the entire website while having custom functionality built into the site (possibily delivered within a plugin) that would allow our users to purchase video content and access any videos that they purchased in the future by logging into their account. We want to avoid the use of flash as much of possible, because we will eventually be optimizing the site of mobile browsers (iPhone, etc.).
