Web Site Creation Strategy
Type of Web site: Wordpress
A. Objectives: What are we trying to achieve by building this Web site? How many visitors do you need in a given time frame? What do we want them to do when they visit your site?
We currently have around 20 visitors a day, people who visit the site are either looking for a solution to the problem i.e information or know what product they need and are looking at various companies.
More professional look and feel, navigation improved, achieve more enquires.
B. Target audience: Who is your target audience for the site?
Councils, Commercial Property Owners, Commercial Property Management Companies, Maintenance Companies, Hospitals, Universities, Schools, etc
C. Current target audience perceptions: How does the target audience perceive your company, your products, and your current Web site (if there is one)?
Current pages not visible and site will seem poorly setup i.e navigation. Site also seems visibly poor and basic. Our company products are unique so people who contact us do so because of this, not because of the website.

20 Years Experience, Dealt with range of councils and hospitals i.e hi end clients, Citation LTD manages all H & Safety, All products comply with WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme ) & DWI ( Drinking Water Inspectorate )
G. Tone: In what manner should we speak to your target audience? That is, should we use technical language; marketing hype; standard, straightforward English; or a combination of these tones?
H. Additional functionality: What features should we provide on the site to make it easy for your customers to do business with you (for example, Enquiry form or Payment options)
I. Other websites you like: Please provide examples of sites that you like, or sites with features that you like, with an explanation of what it is that you like about a particular site. This helps us to get a clearer idea of what look and feel, or what functionality, you are trying to achieve.
