We normally work with Elance and Odesk, but decided to try freelancer.com to seek new talent.
We are currently looking for 2 separate CSS Coders to test. You WILL be paid for this.
Whoever performs the best will end up getting more projects from us in the future.
Required:
• Able to be online during work hours via Skype (chat) daily
• Ability to code to our specifications PIXEL PERFECT
• Very Detailed Oriented - Perfectionist
• Strong CSS skills
For this test project, we have 2 designs (PSD Format) to be converted to Wordpress with Gravity Form plugin.
We will provide:
• Layered PSDs
• Instructions

The implementation of the design, layout, measurements, and functionality must be 100% EXACT. Our client will not take “almost” or 90% same. They are very strict with details and that is why we are looking for a pixel perfect css expert. There won’t be any “buts” or “excuses” here.
It’s easy for the developer who knows what they are doing. If you cannot do it pixel perfect and full functionality, do NOT apply.
Due to our outsource, you can NOT use the work in your portfolio. If your work is good we can give good feedback and marks but again, can not use it as an example.
