My site is avelim.co.il. The site is on Hebrew wordpress 3.3.2, using the theme Weaver 2.2.6 with many customization done by programmers. It is hosted on a VPS server at Hetzner http://goo.gl/Ki1MH
The site uses the plugin W3 Total Cache for performance.
The site had some heavy coding done to make it IE 7 compatible,
The site uses BackWPup for backups.
The site has traffic of 1500 unique visitors on an average day.
I have a very talented programmer, who is expert at VPS server configuration, W3 total cach configuration, IE 7 programmer and backup master. The thing is he is very busy.
I need someone to handle emergencies (the site goes down for some reason), configure backups and deal will error logs, make duplicates of the site for testing purposes, and do periodical sever maintenance. This work should be done upon request, immediately, and paid by the hour. Such a freelancer should be available on Skype in case the site goes down 24 hours a day.
Freelancer that feels he has such capabilities should have sufficient relevant reviews and experience.
