Link a Wordpress members listing to a mobile store locator

Project Description:
We would like to link a Wordpress members listing with 3000+ user from custom post type to an existing mobile store locator app : http://codecanyon.net/item/mobile-store-locator/239351?sso

So instead of using the database of mobile store locator to list the stores we will use the wordpress database to generate all stores which already have all data.
