We have a redesigning work to be done in one of our existing site. The work can be done through either php or through wordpress. We need admin to send messages to members through sms

Remember no advance payment, 20% milestone will be created after seeing progress in first 2days. Design need to be finalized in 2 days after we see design and then more milestones will be added depends on progress and all will be released when final work is approved..
Remember to have selected please provide at-least 2 design mockups in JPG.
This will be a long term assignment and continuous work will be provided.
