Project Description:
I Would like to know the price and time to build a wordpress theme from a psd or corel file. The site should have 2 more others caractristics:
1) Prohibit to delete past posts and past events
2) Video page shoul be integrated with vimeo and have the option to post and update throught wordpress too.
The layout structure will be similar as following attached

Gostaria de saber preco e prazo para desenvolvimento de thema para wordpress a partir de arquivo do corel ou photohop. O site ainda precisa contemplar duas outras caracteristicas:
1) Proibir apagar post e eventos antigos
2) A pagina de videos deve ser integrada com o vimeo mas devera ser possivel alterar e postar tambem pelo wordpress.
A estrutura do layout sera parecida com a imagem anexa.

It's simpler than before!
Will not need to Prohibit to delete past posts and past events from calendar, just make sure that the new theme will not drop anything!
Explaining better the requirement 2) The video page has to be synced with the latest uploaded videos from an specific vimeo user and shoul be possible to edit, delete or post videos on video page within wordpress.
Theme instalation should be possible throught wordpress and be compatible to css 2.1 / IE7+. Probably wont have ftp or ssh access to wordpress files.
The final layout will be similar to diac_template.png
