PSD to Wordpress Conversion (Ecommerce)

Hi I'm looking for an expert wordpress coder to create a pixel perfect wordpress from a PSD design. I will provide you the PSD files and detailed instructions on exactly how the site needs to work. This is what needs to be done: - Convert my PSD file to Wordpress EXACTLY - Make the website responsive so it works on all resolutions including desktops, tablets and mobile phones. - Implement my provided sales copy and graphics (taking note to keep design, fonts etc consistent) - Implement/add pages - Implement a web form to automatically email me when filled out - Upload and set up new wordpress site on domain/hosting account - Set up email account - Implement video - Ecommerce - Add a fully integrated shopping cart and payment system (credit cards & paypal) so visitors can buy products directly from the website.
