Project Description:
We really need 1 great full time Php programmer, but I'm looking for someone very good, not just anyone.
Rookies need not apply on this one - we have some really challenging code to build on some exciting applications.
We hope this turns into full time work and are planning to build a 5-8 man (or men & women!) team this year just on the tech staff not including art / design + sales.
Required: Very good php, 7/10 or higher only. Someone who won't be scared off by regex, OOP php structured more like Ruby, imagemagick and lib extensions, and of course JQuery. Helpful but not required is wordpress programming experience (i.e. WP plugins, not just theme slicing, or advanced theme hook experience), any experience with sales leads, SEO programming, real estate.
The right candidate will make 10k+US from this one relationship - but let's start with one brick before we build Rome :-)
