We have a project producing a Wordpress theme from a psd design.

It would involve creating 1 wordpress theme for the homepage and 1 wp theme for the inner blog page.
The site will also use x-cart: http://bit.ly/agEOtl - which will require some simple changes such as logo/colour

I will supply design work for theme and page templates in psd format.
