Project Description:
1.Build frontend for questionnaire using collapsible lists (HTML5 CSS maybe JQuery??) as shown in example attached.
2.Also requires toggling on off buttons.
3.Needs to be built into existing wordpress site.
4.Does not need to hook into anything as I have another programmer working on backend.
