i have a wordpress news webpage with a 100 news posted daily, so i need a script that will post those news to my facebook pages(3 or more) .

i like a simple app that will get news from my rss feed [url removed, login to view] and will post to facebook 1 news every 10 minutes and if there are no more news it will post an older news to my facebook pages .

EXAMPLE:

if i post now 100 posts to my site and script need to to post those news every 10 minutes to facebook. after 100 post are posted if there is no more post it will republish same post till a new post is available
