Simple php to Update Database Based on Date

Project Description:
I am looking for someone who can help finish a Woocommerce project quickly. I am using Woocommerce in catalog mode (no shopping cart) for a consignment furniture store. The way the pricing structure works in the store is after 30 days the price drops by 20% and after another 30 day it drops by an additional 10%.

I need a date field added to backend product page of woocommerce. This date field needs to update the price of the item based on how many days have passed. It seems like it should be some "if-then" statements that I could add the the [url removed, login to view] file of the child theme.

If 30 days past the date in the field then update price to be -20%.

If 60 days past the date in the field then update price to be -10%. (this should be -10% off of the reduced price created above).

An added bonus would be if I could add a regular price initially, but have the two created prices above be added as a sale price so I could take advantage of the styling added by Woocommerce for items with a sale price.
