Project Description:
I currently have a website to promote my new book, Tales of the Deer Witch. It was built in WordPress and I would like to spruce it up with the following modifications. These are high-level must haves. I am looking for someone who can add their creative ideas to the project. I am committed to keeping the content fresh by updating the home page, blogging, tweeting, etc. Here is the scoop:

1-Would like a custom template incorporating the custom cover artwork
2-Home page: would like the twitter feed to look more like Twitter and less like a run on sentence.
3-Apperances: would like a widget that can help me organize book signings and events (such as appearing on local radio or a podcast). Something that looks like a calender. Easy to update an event with details and easy to send link via Twitter/email etc....
4-Author: would like to add an author photo/banner maybe with a cool affect applied to make it look like a sketch
5-Photos: need a better widget to help me upload photos and organize them into albums
6-Readers: current password = Readers2012 -- I would like to re-do this area to be a "readers circle" or "readers coven" where all users could read but editors who would like to post would need to provide some info (such as name and email address) -- we could include discussion boards and FAQs, I would like to offer scheculed chat sessions (such as, chat with the author this Sunday at noon) using something like Skype or maybe there is a Skype widget.
