Auto Responder Form Options/Details
1.need pic of a person,welcoming people to the site / INCLUDING PHONE # (I will send sample image)
2. 4 form options - name, email, message area and captcha ( captcha optional
3. or option to sign up using facebook
4. will re-size images/video/html to fit in top area.
5. options to change phone # in image area
6. slider capability in top area for multiple videos/images/html
7. slider will stop on hover over.
8. option to disable top area.
9. the autoresponder form width measurements must be able to be configured to fit in different size sidebar widget areas.
10. top of form (video/html area) will pop out/enlarge when clicked on to watch video
size of pop out/enlarged video dimensions can be selected by user
if area in top is plain text - no need for pop out ( need option to disable in admin area).
once the play button is clicked on,need option for video to popout/enlarge out
(OPTIONS- enlarge out to left,right or center)
