Project Description:
I have a membership site for real estate investors built on Wordpress. I'd like to create a web application that my members can only access if they are a member/logged into the site.
This application (could also be a plugin) is to analyze real estate. It will run simple calculations based on user inputs. It will be very similar to http://www.propertytracker.com/evaluator.php with additional API integration with sites such as Zillow and Google Maps to list sales comparables and street view.
