WordPress Plugin Extension Add Images to Product Gallery Page Modification

When you upload an image through the admin end via WP you go to:
- Add Images to Product Gallery
- Upload files
After the upload, the name of the uploaded image by default is the FileName of the image, which is ok.
Then, when you insert that image into any post or product page, the image appears with alt and title same as the image FileName.
I want a plugin that allow: the TITLE & the ALT of the image to appear on the page the same as the title of the Product/Post page, no matter how many images have the post or the product. All image titles and alts must be the same as the name of the post or the product page.
