I want to do the same exact thing that they are doing.


The admin puts this code in the post: httpv://www.youtube.com/watch?v=00000000

and it automatically create the youtube embed code:

We want to keep this functionality the same... except instead of pulling the youtube iframe directly we want to use out iframe embed.

This will still show the youtube video but through the worldstarlatino.com page, allowing us to track the views and impressions in our system.

The benefit of this plugin is that blogs can send us their 300x250 ad code for us to display infront of the youtube video allowing the site/blog owner to make extra money.


We also want our own short code too so something like httpv://worldstarlatino.com/videos/##VIDEOID##/

That code should generate a worldstarlatino iframe code of:

Thats it for now.... This plugin will be an ongoing project and will include multiple video sites so if we can get youtube going for now... well be back for more updates soon. Let me know
