WordPress THEME Developer-full time (Dhaka, BANGLADESH)

I need 2 WordPress developers for my company for full time at my Dhaka office. If you are interested, please keep reading.

Job Description / Responsibility

2 WordPress developers and 2 Joomla developers are needed. So, if you are a WorPress expert, or a Joomla expert, please carry on reading.

You will be responsible for developing WP or Joomla THEMES from a given design (PSD or any other design format). So, you will have to create HTML, CSS out of that design and then convert them to WP, Joomla themes.

So, you will have to be expert, efficient and very fast in converting designs to HTML, CSS and converting them to WP, Joomla themes.

Themes are mid/advanced level. So, you must be good at HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery and of course, WordPress or Joomla.

It is not wished to get a person who CAN do both WP and Joomla, but NOT expert of either. Rather, expert in any of this, either WP or Joomla wanted.

Design skills is not needed, Flash, or dot net or any other skill not described above. only need the skills stated above.

Expert level WordPress and Joomla developers, not entry level.
You should have deep working knowledge of the following: WoordPress or Joomla
How to create mid/advanced level themes in WP or Joomla
Understanding of how themes work in WP or Joomla
Fast and efficient in converting design to HTML, CSS.
Fast and efficient in converting HTML, CSS to WP or Joomla themes.
PHP, MYSQL.
JavaScript, jQuery.
