Wordpress Driven Site with Membership Area

Project Description:
I need an expert developer that can create a full membership area for a WordPress driven site. This is a re-design of an already existing website. If you PM me I can give you more details about the Membership Directory and link examples. The re-design has already been implemented, the main work will be creating the Membership Area and transferring their current profiles from previous site. The client would also like to integrate the option for the Members to pay their subscriptions online with recurring subscriptions. Here is a brief summary of what needs to be accomplished:

1. Full Member Administration Account
2. Member Map Locations
3. Dues Scheduling and auto e-mails (Email that goes to the member to remind him to pay his dues (Day its due). Email that goes to the member to remind him to pay his dues 30 days before its due. Email that goes to the member to remind him to pay his dues 30, 60, 90, 120 days after it was due.)
4. Dues Management
5. Option to pay dues online
