Our current WordPress Ecommerce site runs on:
Shopp Cart (https://shopplugin.net/)
Orbital Gateway - with a special plugin (gateway integration/API library here download.chasepaymentech.com)
We would like to offer our clients "Three easy payments of $295" and automated, reoccurring payments are not possible with our current cart system and gateway (only basic authorize/capture).
I need a solution. I either need someone to fix our Shopp cart + Orbital Gateway to be able to handle these purchases OR we are open to using a different cart system and different gateway (like Authorize) that supports recurring/installment type payments.
The hitch: The consumer is delivered their product after their FINAL installment of $295 - however, we would like to offer them a way to easily log in and pay off the balance, thus canceling the recurring payments - and notifying us so that we can deliver the product to them. (They would want to do this to get their services started sooner)
I have been searching for some way to offer automated recurring payments with any WordPress cart & gateway to no avail, and fear I may need to go outside of WP to get the solution that we need.
We will have other sites in the future for similar services, since we are paying for the custom coding we want to make sure we will be able to use this plugin on additional sites (of course, only of our own. We would never sell it)
In summation, the job includes:
Tap into Chase's "profiles" functionality (recurring payments, storage of card information, and refunds) - or similar service through a different gateway.
Process automated recurring payments/installments. In particular, three payments of $295 - and then discontinue billing. These are installment payments, and with each installment - the client's case will change stages.
Offer a way for clients to log in and "pay early" - terminating their recurring payments, so we can speed up their case.
Re-charge cards that have already been charged - if customer is logged in. (They would need to verify CVV most likely still)
Auto-refund clients who's referrals have signed up for services.
