Need some work done? Post a Project Today
I run a hockey league, looking to get a wordpress plugin to work on my wordpress site that tracks my hockey league easily. Team Standings, Player statistics, Top scorers, Top goaltenders. Where all info get’s stored on the database.
I would have the ability to create a new team, create individual profiles for all players on that team. I would then create new “game” and enter in all the goals and assists of the game. The score of game would update automatically the team standings, same as the individual players points when adding goals and assists. A top performers page would read the top scorers from the entire league.
I have more info for serious inquiries.
as for the admin, you pretty much:
Create Season --> Create Division --> Add Team (select division) -> Add Players ( skater or goalie)
Create Schedule --> Add Game Event
Output: "Team Standings", "Schedule", "GameSheet", "Individual Player Profiles", "Top Performers", "Team Pages (rosters)"
Essentially a bunch of tables displaying the necessary information.
Once you create your season with team divisions, and the teams competing (with all the roster completed), you can create a schedule with all season games. once a game is completed you fill out a game sheet which records score, players stats (goals, assists, pims), once published, those game sheet stats update the individual player stats, which then may update the top performers table as well. The team standings also get updated.
The next year (or session), a new season is created and you can add existing players created the year before and place on the necessary teams, maintaining the stats from the year before in their player profile.
When create a team or Player I'd like the ability to upload image of Team logo or Player photo.
You'll see in the photos that's i'd like the tables to all connect. so for example when i go to team standings page, i can click on an individual team name, that would then take me to the team page, and then there i can click on one of the players that would then take me to the individual player profile
