Wordpress Template Modified

Project Description:
I'm using an Elegant Themes Wordpress template for a client site but I need to have the homepage modified so that the main section (not just the sidebar) is widgetized so the client can update as needed later. This would require creating a new page template for the homepage, MySQL additions to the database, updates to the widget admin panel and some PHP. I'll tackle the CSS if it's easier.

This is a short deadline project so please let me know how quickly you can manage it, what experience you have, and what it'll cost to do.

Some additional info based on questions I've received:
- You do not need to do the CSS.
- I'll provide all the files you need. You can just use the default page.php template and modify it to create a new page-home.php so it has three editable div blocks (via the widget panel or other admin functionality) in the main wrapper.
- The MySQL database is already set up. I'll give you the pass for editing.
- Having done this before, I estimate this to be a 1-3 hour project and have set a deadline of Monday at 8 p.m. US Eastern Time for completion. If that's unrealistic, please let me know what it would take to complete.
