Wordpress Template built

Project Description:
I need a simple wordpress template built. Here are the details for the home page template.

The header will consist of a logo on the top left with a rotating banner ad to the right of that.
Below the header will be the menu
Below that will be a video taking up approximately 2/3rd of the width on the left. To the right will be a list of links. The list will look something like a Title and then below that a small picture with words or link to the right of the picture. Need to have an area within the wp admin that makes it easy to replace the video or these links.

Below that will just be an area that will just contain 20 images, 5 columns across and 4 columns down. I need to be able to add those images and links when you click on them as well as change them out if necessary.

The footer will contain 4 boxes that I can control via the widget area.

Also I need to be able to change out the background image/color.

Google Webfonts for headers/content text would be a plus.
Quotes with a responsive design can be included... but if there is a large difference in price I may just keep it fixed...

I will be responsible for creating the other pages and populating this page... I am mainly just in need of someone to help build this homepage template.

I would like to know your hourly rate and also how many hours you estimate it to take to complete this project... Also there is a strong possibility I will give you more work if everything goes well as I will have more templates that I will need built.

PLEASE include portfolios of your previous work!
Timeline - I need to have the homepage template built within the next week so I can complete the rest of the site by October 1.
