Project Description:
My client requires a new design/ layout for their existing website that has already been created in PSD/ PDF visual format by a designer. They now need someone to take this design and create a Wordpress theme to fit their existing website specification.

I have been robbed by a company on here called NovaStudios who have done a minimal amount of the HTML / CSS and received a milestone payment of $275.00 so I am VERY skeptical of this place now....
