Project Description:
Hello, I am very interested to know how much your bid is for this wordpress theme. We are looking for someone who is experienced in creating wordpress themes. We are not really in particular into getting it done but we want it to be done. If you prefer to use a template to begin with instead of starting from scratch then go ahead.

Here are the basic features we would like this theme to have:

1. Membership/Registration

2. Members have different privileges (able to login certain sections of the site etc, able to vote for ratings)

3. Pro members or high level members can have their own user interfaces with detailed summary of their adsense shares, blog posts etc.

4. Two (2) rating systems of two (2) different products/services at the same post/page (one for the critics/editors/experts and one by the users)
