Wordpress Thesis Theme Simple Customization

I need a custom home page (and a basic interior page) for my thesis theme. I have created the layout in wireframe in Excel- there are no images or PSD files to worry about, just a simple post slider and columns of text for links. I have indicated using widgets to insert the text columns but am open to whatever solution is going to work the best and keep the page lightweight and fast loading. Please include samples of other thesis customization work in bids. You must use the thesis provided custom files so the design doesn't break in future theme releases. I can provide some of the theme tutorial documents but you should already be familiar with the thesis theme to do this work. Please also check attached file before bidding to make sure you understand the requirements. I will supply the logo. Page width should be 1000px. Any questions about the job let me know. I will supply the theme file- please develop on your server and then when approved you can send me the updated theme files back for my to install on my server.
