Wordpress - advanced Php wiz for high-end supertheme framework

We have dozens of wordpress related tasks, and our main coder is tied up for the next few months.
SO, - time to find a new great guy or gal.
Task 1 is to install this theme:
themeforest DOT net/item/tiger-mobile-template-wordpress-version/3070799
NOTE: This is more than just "upload the theme" - it takes some config work and maybe some hacking, since we're using the mobile theme, but only the mobile portion; there's no change to the main web theme.
into client's site, MatFar dot com
(custom theme we wrote, i.e. no fancy code to wade through).
Then any little design enhancements to make it look closer to the enclosed screenshot - it doesn't need to match exactly, as long as the end result is (1) pleasing and looks nice and not broken and (2) matches the overall design-theme of the client's main website i.e. consistent margins, squared off edges, etc.
Any assets I'll provide, including sliced images as needed, just let me know the resolution / specs (I'm a designer and good at photoshop, coding only a bit).
Up for it? Should be a small easy task, but we need the help.
If this goes well we have a dozen odd tasks from slicing simple stuff to more complex theme work to custom plugins to rewriting our MVC framework for version 3.0 i.e. a supertheme like thesis or genesis.
