To make a input form page based on these variables attached in word file.
Outline:
-Users can choose their search type
-Fill out the dropdown boxes,checkboxes,text areas what ever is required for specified field option
*** Then press a SEND button and that will send the user's 'information inputs' to a certain email address.
Must include shortcut module on the main page let sidebar.
Will also have to create a login section for users to define what searchers are assigned to certain user groups.
