We have a Wordpress site that allows clients to submit financial information and upload documents of different types (PDF, JPG, DOC, etc.). We need some advanced features now to finish the site.

The "Modification Interview" is using Gravity Forms to collect personal and financial information about the user. It does very simple calculations and displays an analysis to the user at the end.
Document Management is a place for the user to upload different documents. When they have uploaded all of the required documents we need the site to combine all of the documents and create a single PDF file with watermarks on each page. I have purchased a license for SetaPDF (http://www.setasign.de).
Some important features:
The user should be able to return to the site at a later time and resume data entry without losing data.
Tooltips can be displayed on any field.
If the user has already uploaded one of the required documents it should show it, and allow them to delete it if necessary (example here http://modassistance.info/?page_id=145)
Files can be uploaded one at a time.
Admin can search, view and edit data and uploads from all users.

I mentioned that we are using Gravity Forms to collect the data in the forms. This is NOT required, you can use any method to collect data, save to DB and display to users.

Please notice that the Document Management section prompts the user to upload different documents depending on the Lender they select from the Dropdown. The user has already selected a Lender in the Modification Interview, so they shouldn't need to select it again here.
