1) edit default page template and portfolio page template of Photolux Design Theme http://1001nights.xxx/account-registration/
in order to display page title font, size and background as the attached sample psd layout
2) edit the contactform.php see sidebar: http://1001nights.xxx/account-registration/
add 1 line subject as in our white photolux skin see http://devncommerce.com/demosite/photolux/?page_id=18 but of course in the black skin design! as attached layout psd!
