Project Description:
I’m looking to use Gravity Forms to enable users to www.joy.net to post images and videos by providing image or video links (not actual video or image files – that may be added later).
The system should be able to handle links to videos hosted on major video hosting sites such as Youtube and Vimeo, and links to images hosted on sites such as Flickr and Picasa.
The system should emulate the approach used at http://icanhascheezburger.com/submit/ (minus the ability to upload files).
As on that site, once the user submits a form, the system should immediately generate a post displaying the image and video to that user. It should also nudge the user to share the newly created page in the same way icanhascheezburger does. See the screenshot at http://cpix.org/2012-04-28_10-28-18.snagproj.png to see the page icanhascheezburger displays after a user has submitted a form and note the box with the prompt to share the page via Facebook. This “share prompt” should only be displayed immediately after the page is created, and not when that page is visited subsequently.
