Alternatively please code the mockup as a static html page. We would prefer use of css for all design elements as much as possible, with minimal use of images for design elements, and ideally no tables.

I will convert the static html document into a php script to use with magazine pages, so the design will need to allow flexibility in the size of the logo, the length of the description, the number of coupons, and the length of coupon description. Because the length of the coupon description varies, they can't be fixed height - the size of the coupon boxes will need to expand to accommodate the longest description in the row. The addthis widget should be anchored at the bottom, with the coupon button a fixed distance above. This means there will be some blank space between the end of the description and the button for the coupon with the shorter description in the row.
