I have a site with a theme already installed, which you can view here: [login to view URL] I would like to implement some changes to the theme, as follows (see attached images as well): 1. New homepage 2. New navbar, which applies to all pages 3. New content page template, which applies internal site pages and blog pages 4. Quote form on homepage and in sidebar of template page - this form must capture responses and send via email to the client I will supply you with two PSD files which are complete and ready for you to work with. I need a programmer who is experienced with WP and can complete these requests efficiently and for a good price.
