I am looking for a wordpress plugin pro who can handle some work for me.
I am looking for someone to create a wordpress plugin that will convert any wordpress site into a responsive design which will display on smart phones and tablets

This is not to convert my one wordpress site. This will be a plugin that will allow any wordpress site to be converted to a responsive design.
Also, I will only provide a milestone for 50% at the start and will put the other 50% in escrow once the first beta is viewable. Do not bid if you want the full 100 percent milestone at the start.
