wuick jobsite customization in wordpress

Project Description:
we have a standard jobsite wordpress paid theme.(jobs.creativevigor.com)
But we want some small customization on the same theme.
bellow is the overall brief for your idea:
1.) Job seeker should allow to upload word doc resume in create resume form
2.) After Login-Job seeker should allow to upload his design portfolio image and embedded video from youtube or vimeo as well manage (add/remove/edit)
a.) Image/portfolio will be uploaded by jobseeker as per the subscription - Free/Paid ( images upload feature must be user friendly easy to upload )

Front end:
All the images uploaded by user will be visible in front end and can be seen by all
gallery can be viewed by - latest/view/featured/liked)

Admin:
Admin can manage entire portfolio images uploaded by jobseeker
admin can manage user portfolio subscription option -free/paid

Pls Note- this jobsite theme (http://www.dailywp.com/jobpress-professional)
has already all the forms and framework ready so its not time taking job for expert wordpress developer so i need it asap.(3-5 days)

I have certain budget for this considering long term project requirement
