Project Description:
I am trying to understand how to use Bings Geocoding service when the input data is a CSV file. The example code on the website only covers inputting an XML format (attached, or see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff817006.aspx ) - this works on my localhost setup.
I need the attached PHP script to be edited so that the input file is a CSV and the output file is a CSV which contains the latitude/longitude for each location. I've attached a CSV file which contains example input taken from http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj735475.aspx

I don't really know how long this will take someone to do, or someone out there may already have a script written to do this. Just let me know a fixed price you want for the script.
