Project Description:
1) A Web interface to upload the csv file to a mysql databse
2) Get the data from mysql, use a soap client for each row to send the data
3) soap client send the data to a webservice
4) read the error code from the webservice,
Error code 1 ok, Error code 8 its also ok, error code 9 not ok, error code 7 not ok
5) All these row where the error code is different from 1 and 8, should be return by email,
6) Finally drop the data from my mysql.
