OS Commerce template design

Hello, We are looking to have an OS Commerce template designed similar to: [login to view URL] It will also be blue; and I will attach the logo once we get started so that you get an idea for a more specific color scheme, etc. The design would also need to replicate the rotating flash pics you see in the middle of [login to view URL] (not the images on Uprinting, but with images I will provide). I will also provide the logo, text and images. Functionality and features would be very similar to [login to view URL], so that would need to be incorporated into the design. In addition to the regular e-commerce categories, there will be 8-10 pages with text which should be done in php/html/css (About Us, Overview of Services, Locations, Get a Free Quote, Request a Consultation, History, FAQ's, Why Us?, etc...) It would be nice if there could be a good looking yet simple back-end design to match the blue front-end.
