Flash/FLEX/ Action script developer required for Uploader and Downloader

Project Description:
Proficiency in Actionscript 3
Proficiency in Flash CS6/Flash Builder
I have a website that was recently transferred to another domain and server. I was working with another developer that made the site and also made and uploader and downloader. The uploader and downloader is an adobe air app. I'm having issue with the following things:

1. Need the uploader to post the content the website using my local host
2. The downloader doesn't not preview videos need it to do that.
3. the uploader and downloader is unstable it shuts down unexpectedly
4. want to add more hosting options to the uploader
5. need other usernames to be able to use the uploader.

If you do not know flash please don't bid. I need some one that has knowledge with flash and php and xml. I have all the source files and all I need is to configure it to my new site.
