Flash and PHP Mp3 Player

I am looking for someone to create me a flash player for playing mp3's,

I would like all the same features as flamplayer

This is an mp3 player built in Flash, and so, it can be embedded in an Html page. It works using PHP and MySQL. The database stores the authors and tracks characteristics, the PHP scripts manage the communication between the Flash player and the MySQL database.

FLAM Player includes a back-end allowing the fast addition of tracks, the edition of authors or tracks characteristics, the creation of playlists and the simple integration of the player in a page.

Please note : I do not want a rip / clone of this site I just want the same features.

Example

The flash player must be able to have the basic colours changed via the php admin panel, also it will need to be able to work in any colour of site
( transparent background borders etc )

I dont just want a flash player I also need the backend to be able to

1) Upload mp3s
2) Delete mp3s
3) Edit File names
4) Edit / Add / Del Author names
5) Edit playlist
6) Secure admin login.

Please note I do not want a public upload site or anything like that just a player that can be used on any site but the admin area is on the main site.

All these are per the example site listed above.


payment will be made by paypal only , Escrow payment will be made only once you can show me a working demo , I will then make payment via escrow, the script / php and flash player will then be tested on my server, if all is well then escrow will be released.

PHP 4 / 5 compatible please.

I will then offer once completed the winning bidder another project as above but for video files.
