Flash and XML Photo Slideshow Site

Simple two-screen portfolio site needs to be created in Flash MX from my Photoshop design concepts. Please see the attached jpg files of how the finished site will look. I can provide the winning coder with the actual PSD files and fonts (if needed).
Screen 1
The photo images will load into Flash from an XML file. The 6 pixel shadow and 6 pixel white border around each photo should automatically resize to fit the dimensions of each image. The images loaded into Flash will not all be the same size, but none of them will be larger than 840 wide x 430 tall.
Photos will load as a slideshow, with the time between slides defined in the XML file. The grey brackets on the sides of the photos are back and forward buttons to manually load the next photo.
The Flash should automatically expand to fill the entire browser window. The photos should be centered horizontally when loaded into Flash. The forward and back buttons should adjust with the size of the photo to remain the same distance from it. The text and contact button will not move.
Screen 2
The text and white photo box need to be developed in Flash. Don’t worry about the black signature graphic.
Please include a JavaScript workaround for Internet Explorer’s activeX control and a simple preloader for the photos.
The winning coder will include all source files as part of final deliverables.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
