NLM XML to epub XML conversion script or XSLT

Project Description:
We require a working XSLT and/or web-based script to convert and bundle one or more articles which are in NLM XML format into a valid epub XML format (ideally with the optional addition of a coverpage with background image, title information and a backpage with ISBN number and barcode and optional additional information).If the solution is a web-based script, then the user should be able to upload the source NLM XML documents to a server or just point to XML documents on the web by entering their URL (e.g. http://www.jmir.org/2010/1/e2/XML), and there should be a form for generating a cover page and the back cover page and to modify conversion settings.
If you don't know what the NLM/epub XML formats are, then please do not bid.

It may well be that a XSLT already exists for this.

You already described how this should be done: Using XSLT or web based script. I will first try to do it using XSLT and if there will be any problems I will use PHP for conversion.

I've worked with NLM DTD(for example, tablewrap,fig,xref etc elements are used) and have highly expertise skills in writing XSLT for this project.
In that ePub, i'can deliver Nested NCX file, well desgined opf, and all xhtml files.
I'll use batch script(as it is much faster and better for XSLT ,only if you recommend) and it'll provide you the full solution.

Hi there,
I have experience with xslt, perl xml::twig and xerces-c lib. If you have a large file, then I would suggest to do this in c++ because the resulting program will be MUCH faster!
