I would like a very simple interface (valid CSS and XHTML) for creating a bibliography using Amazon.com's API. User flow: 1) Form on home page allows entering of ISBN number. 2) Submitting the ISBN number through the form queries Amazon.com's API and sends user to next page which (a) shows the search form again at the top and (b) uses the submitted ISBN and Amazon data to display a bibliography entry (according to media type and bibliography rules as stated at http://www.brittonkill.k12.ny.us/emersonweb/Citing_sources.htm) 3) Display a link to a text version (no HTML) for printing. 4) Display a link to delete the reference from the user's list. 5) Option to save list: Enters ISBN list into database for later retrieval. Saves user designated email address, password, and project name. 6) If user saves information, send an email to the user (using PHP mail() function) to remind them of the url to their saved bibliography. Must be done in OOP PHP4 with significant amount of English code comments, valid CSS, and valid 1.1 Transitional XHTML.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
Compliant and looks nice in Firefox (PC and Mac), IE 6+ (PC) and Safari (Mac). OOP PHP4, MySQL4.
