Paypal Pro + OScommerce Design/implement

I have a current php/html website selling educational courses online and I need to update the design with OScommerce shopping cart for all the courses we sell and integrate Paypal Payments Pro for the payments of these on our site. We are approved for Paypal Pro and have APIs. The website is [login to view URL] Please look it over before you place a bid. Some of the courses are sold through a 3rd party server system which you DO NOT need to change anything. We only need to implement these changes to the courses we sell through coursewebs and cd-rom. We are welcome to any suggestions on getting this done. This is an urgent project that needs to be completed and working asap without interrupting the daily operation of the website. ## Deliverables 1) Site updated with OScommerce ecommerce solution designed and implemented for the courses we sell. 2) Paypal pro integrated with all courses we sell and oscommerce shopping cart. 3) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
