Attached please see the example of a banner our graphics team created. We need to have this cut and sliced as follows: - The banner is meant to be inserted as a div in a "foreign" page. This means you need to "reset" all CSS before you start. - The top of the banner is an image. the 5 cover images (herr der ringe etc.) are 5 separate images. Each cover is clickable on its own. The rows underneath have to be text. Each row is completely clickable. The yellow bar you see is supposed to be a mouseover effect. The bottom, with the text box, is a graphic. I will provide the winning coder with a PSD file. Deliverable is clean and w3c-compliant HTML containing CSS. We are interested in a long-term relationship with a coder. If you wow us with your work here we have dozens of HTML banners we need created. Please only bid if you are able to provide us with hand-coded, validated, clean, beautiful HTML code. We will not accept anything from Dreamweaver, Frontpage or the like. Thanks
