This project is a revamped design for a previous project that has had to be reposted due to an unprofessional coder.
This project is to complete a clone of [www.beautifulpeople.net] with differences as specified in the Requirements guide.
Please read the Requirements guide fully and ensure you understand what is required.
Time is not important, if you need extensions then this is negotiable, I want quality over speed of delivery. I have no problems with coders sub contracting out for work on additional modules, but I will own the copyright for all supplied code.
I do require _the coder_ to have given me a breakdown of milestones for the project, within 3 working days of funds winning the bid, and timescales for completion of each of these milestones. Bonus payments will then be agreed for successful delivery of these milestones.
I have a template of how the frontpage and frame layer technology will work, this can be viewed at:
PLEASE NOTE: This is how I want the layout and feel of the site to be, the code at this site will be provided to the winning bidder.
I have access to a holding domain and hosting server for all development work and the coder will be given access to work on this server if required.
It is important that you are an experienced coding team, I will want to see examples of your work and experience of CSS, Frames, AJAX and community websites will ensure my attention.
Before bidding, ENSURE you have created an account on beautiful people to view what is required.
I will supply the winning bidder with an account to view Beautiful People and it's functionality for the length of the project.
