This is a new website consisting of a Home Page and two Subordinate pages.
The Wesite aims to market two categories, flowers and Action/Adventure products, on behalf of a number of existing online stores.
The user will first arrive at the home page and then navigate through to one of the subordinate pages depending on their selection. The functions required on this website will be:
1) Home Page:

1.4) Flower Icon & Action Adventure Icon
1.5) 'Our Recommendations' section
1.6) 'Useful info' links section
1.7) 'Contact us', 'about us', 'disclaimer' links to text etc at bottom of page
2) 2No. Subordinate Pages, By Category, each to have:
2.1) Logo
2.2) Advertising banner - Upcoming Event
2.3) Site Search function
2.4) Bread crumb navigation
2.5) 'Subcategory list'
2.6) 'Sort by' drop down function
2.7) 'Other Categories list'
2.8) 'Available Products list', each with graphic, price and short description. This will take up most of page.

2.10) 'Useful info' links section
2.11) 'Contact us', 'about us', 'disclaimer' links to text etc at bottom of page
(A sketch of the page layouts will be issued to the coder prior to design start date)
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition and as a single set of files as per the relevant web standard.
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) The coder must:
*) use CCS that apply to each page.
*) Graphics should contain minimal amounts of text.
*) All 'ALT' tabs should be included with image text and not left blank.
*) Coder shall ensure the page opperates in Windows & Netscape browsers
## Platform
1) Window XP in all 3.0 to latest versions of Internet Explorer and
2) Netscape
