Wordpress brokers website integrated with Escrow

Background

The aim is to setup a brokers website to buys and sell premium domain names. Built on Wordpress . Escrow will need to be integrated to handle secure payments and ensure safe domain transfer and payment handling.
Two affiliate accounts will be set up with escrow – one for when a buyer is paying their fee to secure a domain name and another one for when a seller is paying the fee to find the buyer. (In some cases the buyer will pay the commission and in some cases the domain seller will pay and so it necessary to be direct the buyer / seller to a form that can be coded to flag who is paying the commission to escrow.com.) In each case, when a deal is reached a form is needed that the buyer and seller can use to submit some initial details. These details will be passed through to escrow.com who will then manage the process to conclusion (transfer of the domain name to the buyer, fees to the seller, escrow.com and our client).

Requirements

A secure form for the client website that will allow the buyer and seller to submit their initial details anonymously to escrow.com. This form should not be freely accessible until a deal has been agreed so perhaps a unique link sent to both buyer and seller that is time limited. We do not want people submitting irrelevant details to escrow.
It is anticipated that php and mysql programming using XML SOAP to programmatically call escrow.com for the following 3 scenarios;
* Escrow Request
* Shipment Receipt Confirmation
* Escrow Status Request

Other notes

We have already an Internet Integration Kit from excrow.com that contains code and details all requirements from their perspective. (Support with escrow.com could also be arranged if necessary.)
We will require you to sign, scan in and return a Non Disclosure and Confidentiality agreement with us before full information is disclosed. FTP details will also then be given.
