We need a plug-in for ezrealty that will take more than one XML feed and automatically populate our websites real estate listings… similar to the product offered on this video

The interface will need to be user friendly and idiot proof so it can be used by someone of limited knowledge. We need the plug-in to have the ability to receive multiple XML feeds with the ability to direct the incoming feed fields to the created ezrealty fields within the website, therefore we will require some type of option to accept these various feeds within the plug-in interface.

We need to be able to control where the information goes within ezrealty therefore we will need to be able to select where a particular feed will be taken in and to select the source field to output field so each feed is applied correctly to the ezrealty database or real estate listings.
The reason behind the above is that the xml feeds supplied by the originators will not offer the same field types so we must be able to tell the system on each receiving feed where each field should be placed.
It needs to be a plug-in or component that will work with ezrealty on a joomla installation and can be installed at our discretion on any of our joomla sites using ezrealty
Specifications:
1. Must be compatible with Joomla 1.5, 2.5 and above
2. Must be compatible with EzRealty 5.0 and above
NOTE: My budget on this project cannot exceed €100.. after all its a plugin not a full site
